Although my brief tour with 100 Years of Disney Magical Moments was hectic on the work side, the leisure side was incredible!! The tour of Australia gave me the opportunity to explore a part of the world that most Americans never get to see. And an absolutely beautiful part of the world at that. During the course of the 7 weeks, I got to tour through the mountains, throw a real boomerang, climb to the top of the Sydney Bridge, and party on a huge boat sailing up and down Sydney Harbor.
Even though the experiences were great, as I said before...the work sucked. The lighting was dying at a rate no one has ever witnessed. The show used several snow machines and all the gunk from those built up in the moving lights. I guess no one had previously taken the time to really clean them! There were a few that were actually GROWING HAIR! Luckily we had a good, ambitious crew to try to keep it all going!
There are no journals for this tour, as I just never took the time to write them. I really wish I had, since there were so many great things to see and do. So the schedule below is just that...a schedule.
